Assault of the Giants is an exciting new Dungeons & Dragons board game crafted by Andrew Parks. Tailored for 2 - 6 players, this game puts you in charge of one of six giant types, vying for the rule over all giants. You'll lead your giants to attack settlements, earn points, and gather crucial resources like food, treasure, ore, and runes. Each player uses command cards (such as recruit, move, attack, and pillage) to issue orders to their giants. This lets you recruit new giants, send them to fight other giants and small settlements, and pursue unique goals based on your giant race. For instance, Storm Giants aim to restore their lost king, Hekaton. Cloud Giants search for an ancient dragon's treasure, and Hill Giants look for plenty of food to feed their huge chief, Guh. The real strategy in Assault of the Giants isn't just in the battles but also in how well you use card - play to achieve your giant race's special goals. The game comes with 12 fully - painted injection - moulded giant miniatures, ranging from about 60mm to over 90mm in height, and three Giantslayers. It's suitable for 2 or more players aged 14 and above, with a playtime of over 1 hour.

How to play: First, each player chooses a type of giant and gets their command cards. Use the command cards to give orders to your giants. You can recruit new giants, move them around the board, attack settlements or other giants, and pillage for resources. Try to complete your giant race's special agenda while also scoring points. Remember, the key is to use your cards wisely and think about long - term strategies. Note: Keep the miniatures away from sharp objects to avoid damage. If the paint chips, it may affect the look of the game. Maintenance: Store the game in a dry place to prevent the cards from warping. After each play, put the miniatures back in their proper places to keep them organized. You can use a soft cloth to clean the miniatures if they get dirty.
