How to play: First, set up the Senate board alongside the main game board. Shuffle the Senator and Plot cards into their respective decks. Each player gets their starting resources and cards as per the base game rules. Throughout the game, use your resources to recruit senators and gain control of Senate chambers. You can also build the new Wonders and collect Progress tokens. The first player to achieve the new instant - victory condition of controlling the Senate wins!
Note: Make sure all players understand the new rules before starting. The game may take a bit longer on the first few plays as you get used to the new elements.
